We've got lots of podcast work coming up in my courses for the next two weeks, so I'll make a link to the latest class assignment. I've done something like this before with decent results, but this time I'm going to really try to get the steps down for the live podcast recording sessions. We've been working on getting a recording rig set up in our instructional technology studio using microphones, mixing board, and audacity. I will post some information about the conceptual set up and some of the equipment shortly.

I hadn't thought to include pointers in the assignment to concepts like the voice/appearance mismatch, but . . . wait for it, wait for it . . . I'm learning slowly.
